When you purchase an asset from Dash21, you're acquiring specific rights based on the tier and license type. Read below to understand exactly what you're buying.

Template License
Best for: Developers building multiple client projects
License Type: Non-Exclusive Commercial Use
You receive complete source code and can deploy unlimited projects commercially. This code may be sold to other buyers, but each buyer gets full commercial rights.
Starter Flip
Best for: Entrepreneurs wanting a ready-to-launch product
License Type: Exclusive Ownership
You purchase the complete project including domain and source code. Once sold, removed from marketplace. Full commercial rights with exclusive access.
Full Acquisition (Turnkey MRR)
Best for: Investors acquiring profitable, operating businesses
License Type: Exclusive Ownership
You purchase the entire business including domain, source code, customer base, and revenue stream. Once sold, the asset is permanently removed from our marketplace. You own it 100%.
📄 Template License - Detailed Terms
✅ You CAN:

- ✓ Modify, customize, and rebrand
- ✓ Deploy on any hosting platform
- ✓ Keep 100% of revenue generated
❌ You CANNOT:
- ✗ Resell or redistribute the source code
- ✗ Share the code publicly (GitHub, etc.)
- ✗ Sell as a standalone template/boilerplate
💡 Real-World Example: You can build and sell up to 10 SaaS tools using this template, each under a unique brand. You just can't resell the original code as a template itself.

💰 Refund Policy
Because our assets are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited to cases of non-functional code.
Specifically:
- • 7-day refund window for template licenses if code is non-functional
- • 30-day refund window for exclusive assets if materially different from description
- • No refunds for "changed my mind" or "didn't meet expectations"
- • Refunds require returning all source code and destroying copies
