Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Dash21.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Digital Asset Sales

Dash21 sells digital assets including SaaS applications, templates, and source code. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

2.1 License Types

We offer several license types:

  • Developer Starter Kits ($750): Download and deploy yourself with unlimited project usage (non-exclusive)
  • Custom MVP Development (Starting At $5,000): Custom AI SaaS application built to your specifications
  • Premium Acquisitions: Previously sold exclusive assets (contact for details)

2.2 What You Can Do

  • Use the purchased asset for personal or commercial projects
  • Modify, customize, and rebrand the code
  • Deploy on unlimited domains or platforms
  • Keep all revenue generated from the asset

2.3 What You Cannot Do

  • Resell or redistribute the source code or templates
  • Share access to the repository or codebase publicly
  • Create competing template marketplaces using our assets
  • Claim original authorship of the codebase

3. Payment & Pricing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Current pricing at time of purchase will apply.

4. Delivery

Digital assets are delivered within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation via:

  • GitHub repository access (for template licenses)
  • Professional installation on your server (for Starter Flip tier)
  • Complete transfer of ownership and assets (for Full Ownership tier)

5. Support

  • Template License: 14 days of email support for setup and deployment questions
  • Starter Flip: 30 days of email support including installation assistance
  • Full Ownership: Extended support as agreed upon in the purchase

Support does not include feature development, customization beyond agreed scope, or troubleshooting issues caused by third-party modifications.

6. Warranties & Disclaimers

Digital assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure all code is functional and well-documented, we do not guarantee:

  • Compatibility with all hosting environments
  • Future compatibility with third-party services or APIs
  • Revenue or traffic outcomes
  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation

7. Limitation of Liability

Dash21 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the purchased assets, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. However, we may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

  • The asset was not delivered as described
  • Critical functionality is broken and cannot be fixed
  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase

9. Intellectual Property

Upon purchase, you receive a license to use the code and assets as described in your license type. Dash21 retains copyright over original work. You may not:

  • Claim copyright ownership of the original codebase
  • Patent any functionality present in the purchased asset
  • Remove copyright notices or attribution from documentation

10. Third-Party Services

Many of our assets integrate with third-party services (Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase, etc.). You are responsible for:

  • Creating accounts with these services
  • Complying with their terms of service
  • Managing API keys and credentials
  • Paying any fees charged by these services

11. Privacy

Your use of Dash21 is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
