We offer a 7-day refund period for all asset purchases, subject to the conditions below.

Eligible for Refund:

• Asset does not match the description provided
• Critical functionality is broken or missing
• Source code is incomplete or corrupted
• Technical issues prevent deployment after following documentation

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Change of mind after receiving all assets
• Buyer's lack of technical skills to deploy
• Incompatibility with buyer's hosting environment (when requirements were clearly stated)
• Request made after 7-day period
• Domain name has been transferred (domain transfers are non-refundable)

Refund Process

1. Contact hello@dash21.com within 7 days of purchase
2. Provide order number and detailed reason for refund request
3. We'll review within 48 hours
4. If approved, refund processed within 5-7 business days
5. You must delete all received files and cease use of any transferred assets

Partial Refunds

If domain transfer has occurred but code has issues, partial refund (minus domain cost) may be offered.

Template Licenses

Template license purchases are non-refundable after code delivery due to the digital nature of the product. However, we offer support to resolve any issues.
